This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route each Coconino County request to its official custodian:
- A docket sheet: run a docket search, then request the official record from the correct clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court schedule, then confirm it with the assigned court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: search by exact case number or public party name and select the named court
- Court records and case files: review court case records, or ask the custodian about inspection and copies
For Superior Court dockets and records, contact the Coconino County Clerk of the Superior Court, 200 N. San Francisco St., Flagstaff, AZ 86001, (928) 679-7600. The courthouse is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays. Justice and Municipal Court files must be requested from that court's own clerk.
